Applicants must demonstrate excellent work ethics and possess the following qualifications: Essential Qualifications: • At least 3 years experience in a large operational warehouse environment • Fluency in English and Mongolian Languages • Preferred Diploma in Logistics/Procurement • Strong PC skills (MS Office) with experience in computerized management systems • High level attention to detail • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills (both English & Mongolian) at all levels Desirable Job Requirements / Training: • Ability to handle intense workload and meet deadlines. • Ability to work well with people from different backgrounds • Experience in the mining sector is desirable. • Operational forklift experience • SAP or Ellipse experience is desirable Duties and responsibilities: This role is a service role working in support of OT LLC site operations. It requires an understanding and demonstrated experience in warehousing operations in support of a capital-intensive production environment The key focus of this role is to conduct daily warehouse operations in order to deliver effective and efficient warehousing and distribution support to site operational teams. The focus is on providing a high level of operational support to customers in a zero safety incident culture. The role will also be expected to contribute to continuous improvement in warehousing and distribution operations. The purpose of this role is to conduct the daily warehousing and distribution functions for the site mine operations. The role will be involved in the conduct of the following activities: The role will be involved in the conduct of the following activities: • Warehouse operations (Receipts, Issues, Storage, Stock control, Parts Kitting, Housekeeping, Safe storage practices) • Distribution operations when required (Inbound freight (unloading/receipt areas), Outbound freight (Dispatch), Intrasite distribution) • Meet and exceed customer service requirements: • Continuous Improvement including the application of site specific improvement methodologies The outcome of these activities is to improve warehouse and distribution operations.
